Fall 2021 Introductory Course Refund Program – Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the Fall 2021 Introductory Course Refund Program administered by ThriveDX in collaboration with its participating university partners. Refunds offered to eligible students under this Program are subject to the following terms and conditions. Where applicable, these terms and conditions supersede other applicable policies, terms, and conditions.

Refund Amount

Refunds offered to eligible students under this Program shall be for the full regular cost of tuition for the introductory course for Cybersecurity and Digital Marketing programs powered by ThriveDX and offered at participating ThriveDX university partners powered by ThriveDX. Refunds do not include any processing or other administrative fees.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a refund under the Fall 2021 Introductory Course Refund Program, students must meet each of the following criteria:  

  • you must have paid for and secured your spot in the introductory course of a Cybersecurity or Digital Marketing certificate program powered by ThriveDX at participating ThriveDX partner universities no later than September 30, 2021;
  • you must enroll in the next available Cybersecurity or Digital Marketing introductory course cohort immediately following your payment under criteria 1; 
  • you must complete the introductory course in its entirety, including completion of all assignments and satisfying all attendance requirements;
  • you must take the final exam for the introductory course; 
  • you remain enrolled and in good standing in the introductory course; students who voluntarily withdraw or are suspended or expelled for any code of conduct, policy, or honor code violation will forfeit their refund eligibility.
 

Failure to maintain eligibility may result in forfeiture of any potential refund.  

 

Refund Requests

Requests for refunds under the Fall 2021 Introductory Course Refund Program must be sent by the student to their National Advisor via email no later than 11:59 PM on December 31, 2021. 

 

Additional Criteria and Restrictions

Refunds issued to eligible students under this Program will be made to the credit card the student used to pay for the introductory course.

Any refunds awarded under this Program are non-transferrable and may not be used by any other individual, are not offered for any program other than a Cybersecurity or Digital Marketing certificate program, and may not be applied to future cohorts of the Cybersecurity or Digital Marketing certificate programs.

ThriveDX reserves the right to change the Fall 2021 Refund Program at any time, including but not limited to, the number or availability of refunds, eligibility terms and period, or refund value.
